Ivor_E_Tower Posted May 14, 2004 Report Posted May 14, 2004 (1) Ford dealer can definitely help you out - it just depends on their mood and policy as to how much they will charge (topic has been covered before - typically around Quote
seatkid Posted May 15, 2004 Report Posted May 15, 2004 Best thing I did was stick the radio code sticker on the glovebox lid (top flap) on day one. Save this scenario happening again.. Quote
Guest EVSS Posted May 15, 2004 Report Posted May 15, 2004 you have no problems getting the code off a website as most 2006/2007s are decoded on serial no only. i do a lot of these on other forums , but understand this forum doesnt allow it.saying that most radio decoders (local autotrader, services section) will do it the same way 5 to ten pounds.gary Quote
iainkirk Posted May 15, 2004 Report Posted May 15, 2004 Open your tailgate. Is the radio code on a sticker inside the closing handle inside the tailgate? Quote

GalMan Posted June 29, 2004 Report Posted June 29, 2004 Don't know if I'm missing something here, I probably am and I'm sure someone will put me right, but if radio codes are so easy to obtain I don't really see the point of them in the first place. Galman. Quote
wardmw Posted July 4, 2004 Report Posted July 4, 2004 If you need a code, pm me the serial no (starts with M) and I will send you the code FOC. Thanks David, when I figure out how to get to the serial number I'll let you know! |\/|artin Quote
Guest EVSS Posted July 6, 2004 Report Posted July 6, 2004 they were not easy to obtain, until somebody released a copywritten program illegally on the net. most people who decoded radios for a living had to pay for full versions. thankfully most of them also changed the codes as well. Quote
