Dear VW/FMC/SEAT,

 

I feel compelled to highlight my level of disatisfaction in your product - specifically the Shalaxy air-conditioning unit. Quite simply put, I have had no problems with mine at all and I find it very efficient indeed. What's going on eh? I hope you will arrange for my local dealer to amend (i.e break it) this situation asap.
