Another Paint Question

Hi

can anyone help ive been trying to get paint for my gal mk2 with no luck at halfords.

etis says my gal is cool white and i think the paint code on the vin plate is FB dos any one know what the correct touch up code is so i can order the paint.

I would forget Halfrauds, look for a local paint factors who can make it up on the spot, my local does a 100ml tin (laquer included) for

thanks andy ive done a few cars in the past and have always found that as long as you rub down properly and use the correct primer you can get a great finnish you may need to tcut it in after the paint has set..

 

Ive got the paint code now if anyone needs it its cwfa cool white ...i have also seen this called alaska white.

May I recommend the girls at my local refinishing supplies.

They are always very helpful and have never let me down yet, including getting the right paint and colour for a 1964 mini I have recently resprayed.
