hi i am looking at buying a ford galaxy the one i am looking at is as follows:-

2002 52 reg 1.9 td ghia (115ps) 100,000 miles leather seats dvd 12 months mot.it has documented service at nov 2003,june 2004,jan 2005,aug 2008(clutch and cylinder??? fitted) it will come with a 30 day warranty.

30 day warrenty worries me,iirc under the sale of goods act the minimum is 3 months.

i would check this out for sure on the govement website all info will be listed,

 

oh and under said sale of goods act,you have under the 28 day ruling to have any repairs carried out,or reject the car,im wondering if this is what the dealer has offered if so then it isnt a warrenty it is law.

thanks for the warm welcome,they have offered me a extended warrenty if i wish and said any inspection is welcome.they have also dropped the price on there website recently, im a bit on the fence really!
