hi i was just wondering how hard it is to change the front shocks on my galaxy is it a diy job or better to go into a garage with it

Would replace rubber shock mounts and bearing's while your at it

 

tools required to complete task

21mm socket and breaker bar

Large Mole grips

Blow torch

7mm allen key socket

 

The tops can seize 21mm top bolt 7mm hex inner but if you have new shocks big mole grips to hold inner and air the top bolt

Hub bolt heat up case blow torch then undo so bolt doesn't snap.The job isn't that hard just time consuming and annoying

if bolts snap shocks can be heavy so upper body strengh req .
