Drivers Side Window

Our Galaxy is on a 53 plate, last night the drivers side window dropped, the motor is still working. I am having trouble removing the internal door panel can someone please advise. We are aware that there is a FAQ section 4 for removing internal door panel but we cannot find the FAQ section where we need to look.

then do a search,i have a few months back had this same problem,motor was working etc but the plastic spool had stripped and the wire had kinked etc.

very fiddiliy but do able in making a repair.
