My Ford Galaxy 2.8 V6 heating just stopped working and the temperature gauge keeps going up, i have been advised to get a new thermostate housing assembly

Any idea where i can get any cheaper? nearest ford dealer is quoted

Could be water pump and impellor problem (falling off)

 

I had same problem with my Mkll Tdi, no heating and then engine boiled

 

Replacement water pump and cam belt
