Help With Vag Com Codes Please

Hi just got back from a juddery ride in my 02 gal tdi as i said it was very juddery and seemed under powered ive pluged it into vag com and got error codes

16686 seems to be missfire on one of the cylinders

and

18075

ive reset the codes

if they come back what should i do/check first.
