Tdi Engine Ecu

in my 54 plate tdi ghia I have an engine ecu with the code

 

038 906 019 NB.

 

now I can't get from either Ford or VW what engine code this ECU is for.

 

Does anyone know of a "backwards" translation that get tell me if this is for a 115 or 130bhp engine?

038906019NB relates to the ASZ engine code, which is the 130bhp version :lol:

many thanks for that.

 

concern was that lack of performance from replacement alhambra 130bhp engine was due to incorrect ecu.

 

just need to look elsewhere now..........
