Hi Everyone.

As per last 2 posts by me - Ford Galaxy w reg (2000) 1.9tdi (vw engine)

I have no central locking OR electric windows working.

I have had the door wires checked out by 3 auto electricians and to no avail.

I have purchased a 2nd hand multi function control module which is behind the fuse box from a galaxy where central locking and windows worked - fitted it and still nothing worked - so changed it back !!

Now my Brake lights are really dim as well - any help would be appreciated - if i dont sort soon i will have to cut my losses and put down to bad experience and not purchase another one !! - please Help !!

Hi, I had a similar problem, no central locking and no rear windows, I had a leak in the passenger side footwell which had corroded some of the wiring in the loom, cut some wires back cleaned and solderd them and that sorted the problem. It's worth a look, hope this helps.
