pdaly Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Hi, I've just bought a 2007 2.0 tdci Galaxy Ghia and it has a blown front sidelight (inside lower fog light cluster). rather than jumping underneath it and ripping the front end or wheel-arch away, does anyone know the easiest way to get access to this pesky bulb?? Thanks in advance.! btw. Does anyone know if there are any workshop manuals available (I do not see a Haynes manual available as yet) - I have a few other niggles I want to tackle. Quote
pdaly Posted November 16, 2010 Author Report Posted November 16, 2010 anyone???? Has anyone changed a sidelight bulb or foglight on a mk3?? Maybe I'll pull off the lower scuff plates and see if I can get access to it. Must be easier than removing the wheel arch..... Quote
randall977 Posted November 18, 2010 Report Posted November 18, 2010 There isn't a workshop manual available unfortunately. I don't know how to replace the bulb but when you find out I'd love to know - take some photos! Quote
bas1 Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Hi Side / fog lamp is secured by 2 x 8mm screws located in bottom of lamp, to access screws you will find 2 holes in underside of front bumper / under tray, when screws are removed lamp will be lose but will require gentle wriggling to get lamp out, I use push bike plastic tyre leaver, yours jeremy Quote
