Electrics Not Working In Tailgate

hey guys, i'm new on here and having some problems with my galaxy, can someone please help.

None of my lights are working on my tailgate. it is letting in a lot of water and i think this is the problem. can anyone tell me where i can get a new boot seal. The wiring now looks a bit dodgy. can this be fixed?

check for fraid wires in the rubber boot top left on hatch when opened common problem,have a look in the faqs in the tech section of the forum,
