randall977 Posted September 27, 2010 Report Posted September 27, 2010 One of the rear wheels on my Mk3 has a noisy bearing - I assume this is not covered by the warranty? If it's not is there any way of avoiding having to buy the Quote

randall977 Posted September 28, 2010 Author Report Posted September 28, 2010 Not 100% - it seems worse at lower speeds and almost pulses... Any way that I could tell? New tyre would be much more preferable to a new hub or two! Quote
insider Posted September 28, 2010 Report Posted September 28, 2010 Swap the wheel with one from the front and see if the noise follows it.(You'll need axle stands though as you don't have a spare wheel to use during the swap!) Quote
