Sluggish Pull Off

Hi I have a Galaxy Ghia TSCI 6G 1.8L 06 plate

Never had a galaxy before but we have found it's really sluggish when we pull off, it's fine once we are driving but it stalls very easily when pulling off and very sluggish

Is this normal with a Galaxy or is there something wrong?

IIRC weak low speed and stall problems are fixed by a free ECU software update issued by Ford. See your friendly dealer (if such a mythical creature actually exists.)
