Hello All,

How noisy is the Aux heater?

Came on this morning and I could hear it over the radio (normal level sound and windows closed).

Not much of a tune to it !!!!

TIA

Russell

Never heard it that bad myself . But it could have been a low flying jet plane as there is not much of a difference .

i can't hear mine at all from inside the car - the only way i know it's come on is when i hear the fuel pump start ticking. but you can certainly hear it when you switch off the engine and get out of the car. it sounds like a jet engine winding down. if you can hear yours from inside the car with the engine running, i don't think that's normal.

I can hear mine inside the car with the engine running, along with the dreaded ticking noise...

Scared the heck out of me the first time....

Must be skimping on the soundproofing on these modern Galaxies. Is this the reason for kerb weight difference between Galaxies and Alhambras?

Thinking of getting mine fixed soon. I have located a few Webasto Service agents.

I think this will be a better option than using SEAT. I'm also thinking of having a timer fitted.
