Spare Wheel Upgrade

Is anyone aware of an upgrade or modi which will allow a spare wheel to be fitted to the car, at the moment I carry a spare and jack in the boot(space behind the rear seats), when on a long journey. which I'm not impressed with.

Same problem here. A number of members on www.smaxownersclub.co.uk have managed to bolt it to the side wall - need to modify the luggage cover though. Worth buying a ford jack to stash elsewhere safely - you can't use that bottle jack on the sills.

I have the 17" wheels on my Titanium model,(225 x 50 x R17) and have always assumed that you cannot get a spare wheel (as in spacesaver) to fit this model?

 

I know i could always carry a "full 17" replacement with me, but that seems not worth it, and also dangerous if it is not fixed somehow to the car

 

Anyone else know of a 17" spacesave or spare wheel to fit the Mklll facelift Titanium model??
