Went for test this afternoon

 

fast idle test

 

fast Idle test Fail limitations

speed 3060 pass [2750-3150]

CO 0.64%vol fail [0.3]

HC 69ppm pass [200]

Lambda 1.01 pass [0.95 - 1.09]

 

2nd fast Idle Fail limitations

speed 2960 pass [2750-3150]

co 0.44%vol fail [0.3]

HC 43ppm pass [200]

Lambda 1.00 pass [0.95 - 1.09]

 

Natural idle test limitations

speed 740/min pass [600-800]

co 0.31%vol pass [0.5]

 

failed on CO on fast idle not at rest .

 

I think the hc is ok so spark is burning fuel not sure if am right though

I think the Co is possibly the Lambada sensor or cat however not sure again is there another o2 sensor apart from maf would a leak in the cooling system get the temparture sensor to over fuel.

 

The reality is i think am spitting in the wind please help and point in right direction
