Information Keeps Flashing?

hi, I have just purchased a 56 mk3 Galaxy, 4 weeks in and I have had to buy a new battery, I am wondering if there is a drain on the battery. When I lock the vehicle the 'i' information symbol next to the indicators arrow symbols comes on and permanantly flashes, is this the alarm or imobiliser or is something not right?

 

Any ideas, does yours do this?

Its the alarm activation flashing as there are no flashing lights on the door pad.

Did the information come up low battery when you were playing music etc without the engine running?

This is a precaution to let you know you are draining the battery, all i do is switch on the engine and leave it running never had any problems with the battery.
