Initially, I resigned myself to a standard radio replacement with a bit of plastic until curiosity got tyhe better of me. Diagnosing the faulty chip was easy because it was hot and smelly. Just out of interest, there are 2 stereo chips, each giving front and back for one side. A replacement was difficult to find, the only source I could find was at about Quote
