Starting Issues

hello have a couple of problems with my treg mk1 gal

prob 1 . turn ignition on no starting , power getting to key but not to the starter . [ starter works when powered direct from battery ]

prob 2 . might be related . pump in the fuel tank is not working again no power .

 

have just put new engine in and tryin to get it running again but these faults r stopping it any help gratefully accepted ... thank you very much
