i am trying to locate a brake servo from a breakers yard (the new one is way too much money ford only part) the number i have on existing servo is

98 VW2B 195 CA.

the number on the one on the shelf at the breakers is

98 VW2B 195 EF.

the number at another breakers is

98 VW2B 195 CE

the only difference (sorry for pointing out the obvious) is the last two digits. question is will any of them fit/work or do i need to match the numbers/letters exactly

any help or info on this matter greatly appreciated :D while im at it, is it a tough job to replace i know it has abs and ive never tried anything like that before

I would suggest have a bit of cheek, phone up ford dealer parts department, act confused and tell them that you have got confused over part numbers you recentally enquired about, list the new ones and get them to identify or confirm suitability to you.

Its worth a phone call, and they are unlikely to tell you to S** O**

I have even phoned them from a scrap yard and quoted them the part number, they did help !

''Nothing ventured nothing gained''
