sparky Paul Posted May 13, 2010 Report Posted May 13, 2010 i dare say your old exchange will be just cleaned, a new set of brushes and sold to another poor guy whilst your new one might of had some actual work done to it prior to being boxed and packed out... Very true. 'Reconditioned' can mean absolutely anything, whilst the ones which come from the manufacturers are usually 're-manufactured', that is all wearing parts are replaced, and the unit is basically as new. In my experience, they as often indistinguishable from new. Quote
