Aftermarket M/media Systems From Ebay Help Please

i have a 2009 galaxy ghia and want to put one of the hong kong multimedia systems advertised on ebay . have a look at item number 120556835553 on ebay and thats what i want to fit . i have found loads of them but none say they are for the galaxy but the smax , focus etc . the size and shape look the same and i really do want one of these . has anyone fitted one of these or have any suggestions where to get one that will work with my galaxy . its just such a good deal with it having gps , digital tv etc but im very reticent to buy one in case it doesnt work with my galaxy . i really would appreciate any advice here or maybe someone has already fitted one of these and has a contact where i can get one .

Just had a look at it and it will fit fine.

Newer than the one i fitted so hopefully radio reception has improved.

Has canbus connection so the steering wheel controls will work fine.
