Hi all, anyone tried to mount their tomtom or satnav system on the new galaxy windscreen, i cant even reach to put it on its so far away, i know this sounds daft but where else can you put it without it obstructing airbags etc

i put mine in the quarter light,but i do have a mk2.

im thinking you have a mk3?

if so let me know so i can put your posts in the correct portion of the forum.

You're right Gregers .... even on a Mk 3 the quarterlight is the best bet. Eventually I'm going to rig something up in the centre bin as they are quite deep in the Mk3 and to just push the button to open the door and view the sat nav is a good idea me thinks.

You're right Gregers .... even on a Mk 3 the quarterlight is the best bet. Eventually I'm going to rig something up in the centre bin as they are quite deep in the Mk3 and to just push the button to open the door and view the sat nav is a good idea me thinks.

 

 

isnt there an air bag in the quarterlight ?, as for the centre consle when opened it obscures our vision abit

No airbag in the quarterlight.
