Advice Please For New Galaxy Owner

Good Evening To All.

 

Galaxy 1.9 tdi auto ghia 2002/52 reg

 

I would like some advice on a Galaxy i have just purchased.

 

1...Automatic temperature control unit has a rattle or ticking noise coming from it,is this common..

 

2...Passengers side front door central locking when locked with the remote sometimes locks but not always.,any ideas!!

 

3...What oil should i use when having a oil change?

1 yes, small fan in unit drags air over sensor

 

2 check the loom to the door, common fault/failure

Oil suitable for a Pump Deuse engine - PD to VW spec 505.01. Comma make a cheapish PD oil.
