I often see these used tyres selling with 3-4-5mm of tread left going for daft money. Personally, I can't see the point in going to all the trouble of fitting used tyres unless they have at least 75% tread remaining... unless it was to sell the car. Even then, I would prefer to know their history, or at the very least have a really good look at them first.

 

I have put used tyres on other cars, but I've never put them on the Galaxy.

reminds me, i still have 2 tyres from my old galaxy stuck in the garage with practically hardly any wear on them.. took em off before it was taken away. lol.. its a bummer when you pay a fortune on a couple of tyres only for some numpty to write your car orf a while later. lol

Anyhow...thought you were possibly getting a Shazza ?

and would want these.

Even worse just after you've bought a new car and some twonky idjiot smacks you up the rear in their Merc and then complains about his cracked number plate & parking sensors going off when you have a large dent in your rear. Sorry rant over.
