Best Price On Cambelt Change

I don't know if this has been done by anyone or if I'm out of order suggesting it.

Here's my idea after searching the forum;

It's come to the time for me to replace the cam belt on my 2004 130ps TDi Gal. With price fluctuations with various dealers. I wondered if a section could be started where common problems/servicing could be listed where forum members could list there quotes and compare them with others in order to go back to dealers to enquire about price matching. This would be even more apparent when one dealer from a group quotes a completly different price to another dealer in the same group.

Appologies if this has been/being done.

I'll probably be taking mine to the local garage as I've used them before for work on other cars and they kinda know these diesel engines as they are in the 'VW Scene' as it were.

Cam Belt Change including tensioners etc (please make sure the quotes you get are inclusive of this as some will quote only for the belt)
