Funny Noise

I think its whe the engine is under strain-revs a little low for gear

 

Theres a rasping noise almost plasticy from the drivers side

 

I thought air box at first or could it be cam belt tensioner?

 

It only happens when driving-not stationary.

doing 30-45 in 5th? Does it judder?

its putting the engine under a little strain going up hills with low revs/wrong gear.

 

No judder just rasping noise?
