gregers Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 (edited) just had a knock on the door,my neighbour saying i better check my car as he heard some noise and some little dick has decided to go down the road smacking wing mirrors,mine(passenger)was bent totally back with the cover CRACKED AND HANGING OFF ,hopefully thats all,if i got hold of the little f....r id wring his bloody neck,now obviously its too dark to do anything about it now,but having never needed to look at the mirrors at all,how are they(sheild)held on,i think ill try super glueing the thing back together,but ive a feeling there must be lugs that locate?and i think these have been snapped off?can you obtain the shorud by itself?and are the mirrors the same on a mk1 as a mk2?and are they the same across the range of cars gals/alhams/shazzersany pointers plz. Pretty sure there are many variants of themirrors out there....folding, with repeaters etc. I am sure that the Gals, Shazza's and Bammers are different in most cases.Not sure about the difference between Mk1 gals and Mk2's but I think there are different. Thought there were quite common on ebay though. Quote
