Mussey1 Posted April 6, 2004 Report Posted April 6, 2004 Bought a roll of Halfords non slip lining for toolboxes etc. and put some on the seat base under our Maxi-Cosi child seat. It works really well!! Also put some on the seat of my Sister's Nissan X-Trail under a M&P's Travel System docking station thingy. Brilliant!! Anyone with child seats should try it!! Only Quote
_dg Posted April 6, 2004 Report Posted April 6, 2004 I don't have a problem with the seat sliding as I press it well back and the seat has some self gripping clips to keep the belt tight. One thing that concerns me with child seats, is that in the 2-3 years that they are fitted, a nice dent is sure to appear in the seat cushions where the seat frame presses into it. I notice the dent taking nice shape when I take the seat out to vaccumn  Something I would also invent if I planned on having any more kids, is something to rotate and tilt the seat so that I can lift junior out of the seat without banging her head on the top of the door opening or roof. :o Quote
