I've taken a good look at that listing already, there's been a few sets now - normally its a buyers who bought from an earlier listing from a guy selling sets of them new. I would suspect once they get them and realised that fitting the base and upright bits will be tricky, but nothing compared to the armrest and headrests which require stitching, they go back on ebay. Totally agree with you Mirez.

I along with yourself were looking and discussing here (with jkspoff) about the original seller on ebay selling the kits. In his original listing he did state that the kit will need to be professionally fitted. However, i haven't seen the original seller back on ebay for a while now.

Nor me, I would happily give this a go as I've removed the main covers before - but like I said above, its the headrests and armrests that I would have to have done professionally and I'm not sure how many places would be interested in doing just them for a sensible price.

 

I have a quote from a local vehicle upholster for my own specification - all seven seats, armrests, headrests and doorcards in black and cream leather with embossed "GALAXY" in the seat backs for

If I knew of a local company who could properly fit them for me, with stitching as per factory fitted seats, I would buy them now.

i did notice in the listing about have them fitted by professionals,and if i had a spare 150 i think there be worth a punt,but as crimbo is looming i think not,still think they would look nice.
