blackwolf0578 Posted November 15, 2009 Author Report Posted November 15, 2009 Ok now its three days a sore back and a full swear box :D can ANYBODY explain/show pictures of how on earth you fit the clutch pedal return spring in without taking your eye out  :31: ^_^ Quote
Bigjeeze Posted November 15, 2009 Report Posted November 15, 2009 I just had a look on the TIS and it looks identical to my one. My spring clip was the same as the diagram - your clip sounds like a fairly standard spring clip. I remember that getting the return spring on was a total swine - if seem to remember that I fitted the M/C pluger into the pedal 1st so that ithelped hold the pedal in place. I used mirrors and torches etc to try and see exactly where is needed to go. It took me a long time with alot of swearing. Sorry I can't be of any help . Quote

BrianH Posted September 15, 2014 Report Posted September 15, 2014 At a guess he would of put it in such a way to hold the compressed spring in its compressed position reading the thread (IE like you would do with coil spring compressors for suspension springs). You may not get an answer given the thread is 5 years old from the OP Quote
