I believe there is no seperate relay for the wiper motor. You have the "Wash/wipe switches", "ECM electronic control module" to control wiper interval (in the central junction box" and the "Wiper motor with electronic device". Quote

It may be siezed up, the linkage does that ob galaxys, do a search. Quote
