Guest pmruk Posted November 4, 2009 Report Posted November 4, 2009 I have just bought a mk2 galaxy 51 plate 1.9 diesel and it only has the one key not remote just the key with the little red square, I have read the posts on here that say you need 2 key to programme another key but as i say I only have the one, does anyone know how i can get round this ? I was going to buy a fob off ebay to try and programme it but need to know if it can be done first. Quote
gregers Posted November 4, 2009 Report Posted November 4, 2009 you can program the new key to open and close the car,but to get it to start the car this requires a visit to the stealers or a decent mobile locksmith to program the pats chip to the car.and it aint cheap. Quote
