novoman01 Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 have found large amounts of water flooding in during wet weather to the drivers foot well in our 'new' to us, Galaxy (1999model). A friend has a ford service manual which identifies the source of the problem being the way the air conditioning is configured at manufacture and that the solution is to reposition the pollen filter to the other side of the car. Has any one else encountered this problem and managed to get the modification done for no charge by fords? Or As it seems to be a design fault has this been the subject of a recall? Quote
