Window Regulators

well as i still have a partly functioning front drivers window,ive done some searching on ebay and noticed someone selling galaxy/vw window motors but it also included that it fitted a vw polo?after a bit more serching found listings for regulator repair kits under vw.now anyone know if they will fit the galaxys??

as there has been a few posts on the subject this(if they fit)could be a very cheap way of repairing your windows?without spending vast ammounts on a complete regulator,

and a brand new hand brake cable and all the gubbins to fit it.still in its ford plaggy bags.lol
