lilbob Posted September 28, 2009 Report Posted September 28, 2009 a while ago my wiper linkage seized solid so after following the advice from this forum i took them apart and re-greased them that was that untill they started sticking againso once again i stripped them down this time i used copper grease but now i get a slight rumbling sound every now and then and also they dont seem to reach the edge of the screen now not sure if iv set the linkage up right so any help would be great thanks all Quote

If you look at your wipers from the fron the LH wiper should be 35mm from the bottom of the Windscreen. Then the distance between the LH/RH wipers should be 15-20 mm Quote

Then the distance between the LH/RH wipers should be 15-20 mmiv tried doing something like that but they seem to hit each otherdaft question but does it matter which side wiper sits on the top? as iv seen some which are the opposite of how mine are.
