sainot Posted September 28, 2009 Report Posted September 28, 2009 (edited) I need to replace a parking sensor on my MKII front bumper and the only way to do it is remove the front bumper. I had a look at the weekend but not sure where to start. I saw some screws in the wheels arches and some plastic plugs holding it on underneath but apart from that not much else. I've seen some instructions on another post on this site but they are for a MKI. Any help pleeeaaassssseeee. Edited September 28, 2009 by sainot Quote
richyrich Posted September 28, 2009 Report Posted September 28, 2009 yep - 3 or 4 screws top and bottom, then all wheel arch screws either side(4 I think) and the bumper just pulls off.Don't take any more than 20 - 30 mins.I did it when I replaced my condenser.Look at my old post - some pics there. Also all detailed on TIS if you have it. sainot Posted September 29, 2009 Author Report Posted September 29, 2009 If I've done right you should see a document attached. Yes, worked. That looks like an MKI Galaxy in those instructions. I don;t have any bolts behind the number plate on my MK II. Quote
