hello,

new to this so bare with me but any help would be most appriciated as i have been to two many machnics now and they are all scratching there heads including ford dealership ones aswell. i bought this about a year ago and seemed fine at the time. checked the web for known faults and so on to be on the safe side with the kids and that. but off late started noticing little things here and there which i know need sorting or is it just one problem that can be sorted.

this is what is happening:

 

loss of power

keeps oing in limp mode but no fault codes

had new lambda, oil,filter plugs,

had cat mot checked lttle high but thats all

cat dosnt rattle

had slight leak on metal vacum pipe but now sealed

the end of the vacum pipe there is a right angled hose small in to inlet manifold from the matel vacum pipe that from inlet end has been blocked with wheel nut and clamped ford said they dont now why but when it is put back wright it runs like a tank and idles very lumpy. my friend has the same car and his done the same so i put a wheel nut on his and it runs fine as well but dont no what the fault is because nothing comes up on a reader.

it has now today started acting like a clutch slipping in all gears and my feul is going out the window.

there are other little faults air con, central locing on one door which i have new module for but doesnt work either.

slight blow in down pipe corigated part under mesh.

i dont know if it is worth fixing or time to cut my losses and run please help someone as funds are a bit limited.
