Retro Fit Cruise Control

I would like to fit cruise control in my car, will this thing do the job along VAG-COM.

 

If so,is there anybody around me who is willing to help and has VAG-COM - of course you shall be reimbursed with copious amounts of tea/coffee with choco biscuts! :)

 

P.S. I am willing to travel a reasonable amount of distance.

Read the small print at the end - "PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ITEM IS NOT A CONVERSION KIT. IT IS A REPLACEMENT PART FOR A VEHICLE THAT ALREADY HAS CRUISE CONTROL FITTED AS STANDARD"

 

You would also need the wiring loom to connect this back to the ECU. I think you can get the stalk and loom with instructions from a VW dealer for about

you may do since i fitted mine ive spoken to several people who didnt need to have it activated

also dont take the power lead to the fuse box its too much hassle takes as long as fitting the rest of the kit find a live wire elsewhere i used one behind the radio but still fuse it

On my 2003 1.9 tdi zetec do I have the switch for the cruise control on the clutch pedal?

I could only find a 2 wire one on the clutch pedal and a 4 wire one on the brake pedal

It looks like there is a hole above the clutch switch for a sensor

If I need a switch anyone got a part number for me
