Front Cigar Lighter

Hi, I've discovered my front cigar lighter is not working on my 52 plate Galaxy. I'm presuming it's the fuse but where is it. Had a look through the manual but could not identify it. Any help appreciated.

I believe the fuses for the front cigarette light and rear power socker are under the front drivers seat. It's something I've read on this forum somewhere.

Pull down the fuse flap to the lower right of the steering column, all the fuses for lights, accessories etc are under there

Have a look in your Galaxy owners maual as under the fuses section it lists whhich one is which

Be aware though that not all fuses are in place in the fuse box, as the manual lists all fuses that "could" be in the car (i.e as in the Ghia model) and a Zetec or lower spec will not have all add ons so therefore will not have all fuses fitted

 

Ia had the same problem with the power point in the boot, and changed the fuse to rectify the problem
