Aux Heater - Replacement Plug Numbers

Just gathering a little info really as the plugs have 4 revisions listed. Therefore, if you have changed your glowplug in the heater could you pop down:

 

The year of build or plate number.

The part number you fitted / cost / from

If it was the correct part or needed modification

 

I'll then gather it together and hopefully we'll be able to work out what plug fits what year.
