Hi, eBay would be your best bet or unless you go to a scrappies/dismantlers and be lucky enough to find one in the glove compartment.

If you mean the owners guide that comes with the car when new, Ford dealers will stitch you up like a kipper for a new one, or phone the breakers yards. They often just get left in gloveboxes. Best bet.
