cyborg Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 never tried to repair a coil seen a vr6 aka galaxy coil on ebay 79.99 these people over at vw have played with the idea of a more robust coil set up ;) http://www.vwot.org/community/modules/Gall...00379.sized.jpg Lots of sticky back plastic requierd :) Quote
sepulchrave Posted August 1, 2009 Report Posted August 1, 2009 A new coil pack is best since it's only a matter of time before you get more problems with the old one, you can fix it by 'cooking' it in a low oven then recoating the insulator in epoxy lacquer. A new one is only about Quote

sepulchrave Posted August 6, 2009 Report Posted August 6, 2009 I apologise, those leads are excellent. I just can't believe the price! Hats off to you robbeaumont, you have just found the de facto best buy for VR6 plug leads anywhere. In fact this thread should have glue applied. :D Quote
