erniedog12000 Posted July 24, 2009 Report Posted July 24, 2009 Hi, I have had my Galaxy for Two weeks. The guy I bought it off (next door neighbour but two) said it'll prob need re-gassing, which is no problem & the car is in for a service next week, but I can hear a whirring noise coming from the front passenger footwell when the air con is on. Am I right to assume that if there isn't much gas in it (it doesn't really get that cold) that it would be a bit louder due to their being hardly any gas in the compressor & once it's been gassed it'll probably go away? Also another user assisted me in making a post earlier (thanks mumof4) and I need to know how to take the cover (I assume it's there to deaden noise) on the underside of the bonnet off to repair a small dent as I've tried pinching one of the things that hold it on & snapped one!!! Hopefully the dent isn't over one of the support frames of the bonnet! Any help would be very greatly appreciated Cheers Jimbo Quote
