Hi,

Whilst replacing the offside dipped bulb in 02 V6 Galaxy, I pushed the connector on a bit too forcefully and the housing containing the main and dipped bulbs pushed forward into the unit. This housing is now loose and I can't see anyway to retain it again. There seems to be nothing obvious to pull it back to latch onto.

Have I snafu'd something or is there a way to retain it?

TIA

Craig

It could be that the assembly has become detached from the levelling motor. You may have to remove the whole headlight assembly for a better look.

Yep - well the levelling screw, no motor on this model. Took the headlamp out, rmoved the back lookied in. The ball had come out of the joint. Reattached and reassembled and all's well.

Thanks for advice

Craig
