swifty Posted June 30, 2009 Report Posted June 30, 2009 (edited) Hi all just wondering how hard a job is it to change the front drop links on a mk2 Gal and are there any special tools needed to do the job.Should I buy ford parts @ Edited June 30, 2009 by swifty Quote
mikej Posted June 30, 2009 Report Posted June 30, 2009 No special tools required just a spanner or socket set 17mm i think and jack, if you can buy the Ford items it will save you doing them again in a few months. Now on my fourth pair in under 12 months the last pair being the real deal got sick of changing the cheapies Mike.... Quote

jkspoff Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 Had both mine replaced with a years warranty at my local fast fit centre for 50 quid, no hassle and didn't even get my hands dirty, that said, I should really have done them myself as this is a DIY forum ! Quote
