andy936 Posted June 28, 2009 Report Posted June 28, 2009 (edited) recently bought a galaxy from a wolverhampton garage thats on the cannock road-well -issues ive got are now with my solicitor and being presented to a small claims court-the stupid rude woman didnt know i was recording her - tell me off like a school child....this will be a easy case ive been assured and will post as much information on here when the legalities have finished ---- watch this space Edited June 28, 2009 by andy936 Quote

If you write down a transcript of the recorded conversation then this is admissable ( at the discretion of the court ! ). If the other person deny's what was said then the recording is admissable to verify the transcript. Quote

Radiotwo I think you'll find that only applies to business's or companies - Not to individuals. Besides on that basis no recordings of crimes etc could be used . In most commerical situations you just need to put it in soem of your documentation somewhere you don't actually have to mention it. If the Solicitor reckons it's ok then lets see what transpires!
