Brake Lights And Glow Plug Lights Flashing

hi every 1

the other day my brake lights on dash stayed on then the glow plug light started flashing

so i messed around with brake switch and they all went off after turning off car and restarting it..

the brake lights on dash stayed on then the glow plug light started flashing again

so went to ford they sold me switch went to fit switch and it was wrong so rang up said they think its this other 1..

went to get it and it was green not black said it was new sort ..

anyway i have fitted it and still the brake lights on dash stayed on then the glow plug light started flashing pls any ideas help

 

also i haved pulled of wire from brake switch and still same brake lights on dash stayed on then the glow plug light started flashing

help

have you checked for a blown bulb somewhere?
