Space Saver Wheel

I've recently converted my 2003 galaxy to run on gas. Unfortunately this has dispalced the spare wheel which is huge. Does any body out there know wheter I can use a space saver wheel as a spare. Do fords do one for the galaxy or can one be used from say a focus or some other car. I really don't want to chance my luck with a repair kit.

Due to the weight of the galaxy, it requires a reinforced or extra load tyre when running standard 195 tyres. I doubt you could get a space saver in higher enough load rating even for low speed emergency use....but I may be wrong.
